- 30-minute one-on-one session to review, discuss, and begin the project planning process (session will build off initial detailed questionnaire received upon purchase of package),
- Custom full project plan scope of work for you to use in guiding your project to completion (team delegation, potential workflows, and more included.)
- 15-minute follow-up consultation for questions, brainstorming, troubleshooting, and thought partnership if needed once project plans are underway.
Process and Booking:
- Select and purchase your Project Management 30-minute consultation.
- Wait for a confirmation email with detailed questionnaire and scheduling instructions.
- Prepare relevant project details and questions for the session.
- Join the virtual consultation at the scheduled time with the provided link.
Note:
- Sessions will be conducted via Google Meet.
- Ensure you have completed the provided questionnaire prior to the meeting.
